At TRM the Ministry of Helps purpose is to minister to the Lord Jesus Christ by serving His Body, The Church and to develop the hearts and minds of all servants of this ministry.

In order to relieve the Pastor and Elders of this burden and allowing them to concentrate on the spiritual needs of the congregation, the Ministry of Helps serve in the following areas. 

• Strategically recruiting, building and training a strong and efficient volunteer force at TRM.
• Demonstrating, instructing and establishing servant leadership principles in the hearts new recruits.
• Cleaning, maintenance, and basic repair, of all Church facilities.
• Preparing for and assisting with the baptism of new converts.
• Providing basic, minor home repairs for, needy members and widows.
• Visiting sick and incapacitated members.
• Providing assistance to ensure the most efficient use of Church parking areas.
