Ministry Team

 It is the heart of our pastor to minister and pray with every person individually following each service. As the ministry grows, this propensity is neither prudent nor practical. Therefore, altar workers are being formed, trained, and positioned in the effort to assist the pastor in praying for the many persons who come to the altar desiring a touch from the Lord. This Ministry Team must pray in line with the Word of God and in line with the teaching and vision of the pastor. This is definitely a ministry in which you can allow the supernatural witness of the Holy Ghost to flow through you.
The primary purpose of the Ministry Team is to minister to those who respond to the altar call at the end of a sermon. This ministry requires the worker to be spiritually mature and confidentiality is expected.
The altar offers a convenient place to pray. Whatever one’s needs, the altar is the “table of the Lord” where spiritual food can be found.
The altar gives opportunity for public testimony. Jesus said, “Everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 10:32)
